On the Nose: Beautiful cedar, pencil shavings, graphite with touches of blueberry pie, black cherries, black pepper, geranium, cassis, licorice, dark chocolate, black olive and slate.
On the Palate: Beautiful silky entrance evolving on acidic and fine framed tannins with touches of violet, blackberry preserve and lilac.
Jeb Dunnuck, 93 Points: "The flagship cuvee is the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Audace, which normally includes small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc raised in 80% new French oak. The 2014 has a gorgeous bouquet of blueberries, blackcurrants, cedarwood, spice and dried flowers. This carries to a very pretty, polished, elegant 2014 that has the vintages purity, suppleness, and polish front and center. Drink it anytime over the coming 20 years."
